The Process
Discovery
Experience our bespoke design service with a complimentary virtual or in-store consultation. Our specialists will guide you through every detail and angle to bring your vision to life. Following your session, you will receive a comprehensive quote; a 25% deposit is required to initiate the crafting of your custom masterpiece.
Design
Following the receipt of your deposit, our designers will generate a bespoke 3D CAD rendering of your piece. This stage allows you to review the digital architecture of your design alongside our team. You will have the opportunity to refine every detail and request any necessary adjustments, ensuring the piece is perfected before it is officially commissioned to our workshop for casting.
Development
Upon your final approval of the design, your commission is transitioned to our master workshop. From here, our skilled artisans begin the intricate hand-crafting process, meticulously transforming your digital vision into a tangible masterpiece of custom jewelry.
Delivery
We will notify you immediately upon the completion of your commission. You may choose to collect your piece in person at our Hatton Garden showroom or opt for secure, fully insured, and tracked delivery to your preferred address. The remaining balance will be due at this time, prior to the final release of your jewellery.
