Return Policy

At BitezGrillz, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our custom products. Because our jewelry is tailored specifically to your dental impressions, our return policy is structured to reflect the bespoke nature of our work.

1. Impression Kits (24-Hour Return Window)
We offer a 24-hour return policy exclusively for physical impression kits. You have 24 hours from the moment your order is placed to request a return.

* Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the kit must be in the original condition received—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
* Process: To initiate a return, contact us via Instagram @BitezGrillz or by email bitezgrillz@hotmail.com
* Shipping & Fees: Returns must be sent using the return label included with the kit. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund of £10 per kit will be issued to your original payment method.
* Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

2. Custom Grillz (Non-Refundable)
Due to the highly personalised nature of custom jewelry, we do not offer returns or refunds on Grillz. Once an order for custom Grillz has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if the manufacturing process has not yet begun.

* All sales on custom-manufactured pieces are final.

3. Damages, Defects, and Fit Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect order, contact us at @BitezGrillz or BitezGrillz.com immediately.

* Resolution: While we do not offer refunds on custom work, we are committed to excellence. Depending on the specific case, we may offer to remake, reshape, or exchange your set to ensure a perfect fit.
* Compensation or alternative resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the BitezGrillz team.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items• Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on digital or physical gift cards.
* Exchanges: The most efficient way to handle an exchange is to contact our team via Instagram or email. If an exchange is approved, we will discuss the logistics of switching your order for an alternative set. 

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused), with all tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. Please note this applies primarily to non-customized goods.

6. Refunds
If a refund is approved (e.g., for an eligible impression kit), we will notify you once we have inspected the return.

* If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
* Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the transaction.
* If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us via Instagram @BitezGrillz or email bitezgrillz@hotmail.com
